Designer for book covers, youtube thumbnails

We are looking for a graphic designer who can work closely with our lead writer on book covers and sometimes, youtube thumbnails. We need someone who can come up with different concepts and ideas and reply quickly with revisions.

Pay will be tracked per task basis. I.e. One book cover, one thumbnail based on a completed task (we can negotiate) instead of hourly. This helps you complete the task quickly and make more money instead of pretending to bill a bunch of hours wasting your time.
