Design logo and 'look' for game

Design details: I am developing a game for mobile and desktop.

I am looking for a 1930-40's art-deco look with clean lines and a refreshing feel to it.

I've attached some reference images of the colours/shading and general theme of what I am after (see PDF).

Initially if we could work on the 'look and feel'. If you are able then further work on UI design can be offered.

Deliverables:

- Logo design
- Button elements (up and down state)
- Popup-window element
- A background

It would be nice to have a selection of 3 different approaches, then one of them can be chosen and refined.

I prefer working on a 'per hour' basis, but would like to know an approximate time for your '3 different approaches'. We can then go from there in terms of iterations, refinements and further work.
