We are seeking three alternative design drawings for a proposed change to the existing staircase, entrance hall, and landing layout in a private residential property.
We will provide existing dimensions, including Floor plan and ceiling heights, stair width, riser height, tread depth, and angles if needed. As well as Wall and doorway positions and Photographs of the current space
Produce three distinct, feasible design options for Reconfiguring or replacing the staircase with different stair layout options, not spiral! and adjusting the layout of the entrance hall and upper landing to accommodate the new stair design.
Each drawing must clearly indicate stair dimensions, angles, rise/run ratios, and headroom and importantly reflect real-world constructability (not conceptual only)

Could you please confirm the preferred file format for the final drawings (e.g., PDF, DWG, or SketchUp)? Also, do you require 2D plans only or should 3D visualizations be included as well?
