Design banners for medieval website

We are re-designing our web site and I am looking for someone who can design a number of banners for the site. We have been selling on line for 10 years.

The banners will fall into various categories: Headers, Menu bar below the header, Product banners, Page decoration.

HEADERS
Up to 10 headers required of the same dimension. The intention being to regularly change the header and to highlight special occasions.
MENU BAR
1 only required
PRODUCT BANNERS
Up to 6 required of differing dimensions some to be static others with a flash display. I particularly like the examples I have attached where you have a metal framework and behind a flashing image.
PAGE DECORATION
Small, medium and large static images to be placed on the shop pages
