Design banners for large format printing

I am looking to take the attached image as inspiration and create 5 sizes for print.

I do not want the thinner versions just being a squashed version of the taller version. The horizontal ones should have the lines flowing left to right, the vertical one should have the lines flowing from the bottom left to the top right corner, so not just up and down.

Where the sample shows a straight edge, this should be wavy on both edges.

Will require source files to be provided and delivery by end of Tuesday 26th latest.
