Design and draw a \"values\" tree

We are a young sustainability company and have created a \"values tree\" and hope to display it as a poster in our office. As none of us can draw we need someone who can to design a full colour drawing, somehow incorporating our brand colours (bold red, blue and green ) with our values written at the end/onto the branches. We need the final drawing to be a high quality jpeg or pdf.
