Design a simple text based A4 poster

I'm looking for a talented designer to assist with pulling together an A4 size posters (which will feature only text on a colour background)

This is so simple.

I will give you the text that I need (a title and some bulleted text).

I will also provide you with the background colour to you

The output is a PDF and a JPEG of the poster that I can print out (in full colour).

I will provide you with guidance on any icons to use... But ultimately I'm looking for something simply and striking.
