Create an awesome vector character using my photo

Please use the attached photo to create a vector character version of the guy in the foreground.
The pose/ posture must be the same (as close as possible).

I need the vector images to be save as Adobe Illustrator and PNG.

He must be wearing a vest and sunglasses.
The tattoo on his wrist must be visible and as close as possible.

Please keep the sunlight over his back, shoulders, arms and head if you can.

This is a xmas gift for a web-developer friend, the guy in the photo (Ryan).
