Conceptual Drawing / Artists Impression of Refurbished Building Exterior

We are in the process of refurbishing an industrial building and require conceptual artwork of the exterior including car-park and perimeter security fence for promotional material.

We will provide numerous photographs of the exterior as it is presently (from the angle we wish the artwork to be from), the conceptual artwork will be based upon these photographs with changes to the colour of the building metal work, addition of signage, and addition of trees / bushes in the existing grassed areas.
