Clean up image on photoshoop for CD inner

Design details: I am working on the interior of my CD inner sleeve (behind the disc) Looking to clean up this image of a Carousel from the top, or to re-draw graphically adding some colours ect and looking smarter and not messy. I want a different background as well. Image attached
