Caricature Style Christmas Card Design

We would like a drawing/picture, for a Christmas Card, of our new house, from the front elevation. Ideally we would like the drawing/picture done in a humerous but smart caricature style. Perhaps looking like it has been drawn by fountain pen. I have provided a photo of the house. (please don't include the branch of the tree in the photo) and feel free to use artistic license to fill in areas you would need to to make the picture complete and also include some Christmassy festive touches too.

I have suggested a budget but let me know what you think is reaonable for a good job to be done.
