Basic residential apartment footprint - Concept design

I’m looking for an architectural designer or draftsperson to produce a basic building footprint and floor plan layout for a set of residential apartments in Ghana. also in 3D or model form

The overall compound dimensions will be provided in a screenshot (marked with a red box).
Please note: the dimensions are given in ft

Requirements:

Draw a site plan of the compound with overall boundary dimensions.

Design a 2x 2-floor apartment block, consisting of:
1 x 2-bedroom apartment per floor
1 x 3-bedroom apartment per floor

Each apartment should include:
Lounge / Living area with access to a balcony

Outdoor features:
Courtyard space in the middle of the compound
Outdoor lounge area integrated into the layout
Parking
Entry & Exit Drive through

The design does not need to be construction-ready; it’s for concept and planning purposes only.
Local building style and practical considerations for Ghana are a plus.
