Animated cartoon characters

I am looking for two different quotes.

The first quote is for someone to draw 4 ninja characters based on the image below (the front character).

Each should have a different coloured face mask and each should be in a different pose. One with their foot on a football, one with a football under their arm. One holding a football and peering around it and one balancing a ball on their head.

The second quote is for a promotional animated video - 30 seconds long featuring the 4 characters.
