A3 Resort Map

My name is Arron Murray and I have a product called FlippyMaps. The product its self is a foldable map that is sold in resorts across Europe. The map starts off as a credit card and folds out to a full sized map.

What I require is a designer who can give our old map, icons and key lists a fresh design giving it the wow factor. I have provided an image (Magaluf) of the old map as well as some design ideas so please take a look. The map has to list all the main items on in easy to read key lists as these are all sold advertising spaces. I would also like a nice title of the resort somewhere on the map.

Restaurants
Events
Excursions

As well as the more generic;

ATM's,
Taxi Ranks
Public Toilets
Key points of interest.
etc

The map is targeted at people between 18-40 and most of the featured businesses will be of a more up-market base so I would also like that premium feel to the map.

I have already got a few designs in but would like to see it from another designers eyes.

So the question is, would this be a project you would be interested in working on? Also, I have provided the design for you to just get the gist of what I need doing but as far as design goes, that's down to you. It has to look modern, clean and most importantly has to be easy to read and navigate. I would like new icons as well as the key lists displaying in a way that is simple to find on the main map and contains all the associated businesses.

Regarding placing all the pins in the correct location, that can be done by myself providing you give me the original AI. file with all the artwork upon completion but if you could place them on the map to give me an idea of the compleated look.
