I'm working with a government office to design three simple infographics for consumer protection (finance). These would be brochures, and I'd like to eventually turn them into videos as well. (Short infographic videos such as those on YouTube for the consumer complaint process - but that is the next step.) These would be likely a flowchart design and use more pictures than text, and the contractor would work with me on content.

    Hello! I had indeed awarded the contract, but haven't received a usable result, so I'm about to repost.

    Basically - what I need is an infographic from a designer who already has images to use, and understands how to make a brochure for an audience with a low level of literacy. So picture-based, rather than word-based.
