2x Elevation Drawings: Existing & Proposed

we are a window manufacturer/installer and im submitting plans to local planners. I am looking for someone to create two elevation drawings of a rear of property: one showing the existing design and the other showing the proposed design. The drawings will be almost identical, with only a small change to the window design.

Scope of Work:
Create an elevation drawing of the existing property based on a provided photo.
Create a proposed elevation drawing incorporating a small change to the window design.
Ensure both drawings are clear, professional, and suitable for planning or presentation purposes.

What I Will Provide:
A photo of the existing elevation.
A drawing of the proposed elevation with the window design changed from photo.

Deliverables:
Two elevation drawings in PDF and, if possible, a CAD file format.
Quick turnaround preferred.
