Work on developing characters for a script I am working on.

I have been developing movie/series scripts for the last two decades. I have now developed the story, but have failed to put pen to paper and develop the physical features of the characters I have created. I also didn't know how I should present the characters (example live action vs. anime). I have an idea of what each character looks like, but I do not have sufficient talent to draw these characters in a way that satisfies me and have thus just searched pictures of anime characters I liked online for inspiration. I would now like someone's help in creating a more custom version of these characters. Currently I have 22 core characters with an interest in developing the side characters in the future, but right now I want to focus on my core story characters. The story is long, which is why there are so many core characters. I would like these characters to be anime in their style, because live action is not realistic for the length and age range of my characters in script. I would like to pitch to you 1 of may characters to develop if possible. If I like the final product, then I would like for you to help in finishing the core cast if possible as I would like one artist to finish the core characters as each artist has their own sense of style and I would like that to be consistent across the cast.
