Video and Powerpoint Presentation

I need a presentation consisting of 20 minutes of recorded video (I will supply) including 6 Powerpoint slides (to be produced by you, from text and instructions I supply- simple graph, bullet list etc, nothing complicated). THe slides needs to appear during the video. Video will be split into 4 or 5 "chapters"
Also needs subtitles in French. You will supply the translation from the video presentation and incorporate the subtitles (or a dubbed soundtrack if that is preferable) into the presentation.
This is for internal training, so it doesn't need to be broadcast quality. Video will be recorded from a laptop. Quick turnaround needed so please indicate how long you need to produce and deliver.
