URGENTLY REQUIRED EBROCHURE DESIGNER TO COMPLETE A PROJECT

We posted this advert last week and we awarded it to a top rated freelancer who confirmed he could meet the brief. Needless to say, he has missed our deadline and the quality of the work we received has been a disaster. We provided all copy, images, designs we liked and clear instructions and what we received was totally unacceptable.

So we are posting again to find someone to help us. We do need a quick turnaround so would need to know how long it will take you for around 28 pages.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DESIGNS & LAYOUTS WE WOULD LIKE PRODUCING.

As mentioned, for each page, we have the copy and images.

DETAILS:

We are looking for a designer that can create an Ebrochure for our new business, 'bespoke estate and private household management consultancy service'. We need assistance with creating, design and layout. The final version must also be editable for us going forward in case we need to amend content in the future.

All the copy is on a Word doc, we have a portfolio of jpg images (we can send these via WeTransfer) - you won't be using all the images. Each page has numbered images you can use.

Must be prepared to work with us when we require any amends during the creation process so we can get to the final version.

We must be able to send the final version as an attachment to our clients and should be locked so that it cannot be copied and pasted. We would also like the email address and mobile numbers to have links so that when they click on them, the client can generate an email or call us.

We would like the overall colours to be Navy (main colour), light grey, white and black.

Please let us know:

1. What type of software you will be using?
2. What version we will receive the ebrochure in - editable PDF? and how do we ensure that the version being sent to the client is read only with the links for email/mobile?
3. How you work and the process?
4. What you need from us?
5. Please send us some samples of your previous EBROCHURE WORK ONLY.

We want to ensure that we get this right in the quickest time possible, therefore, please ask whatever questions you need so that we can move forward promptly. We are available to work on this immediately when we have chosen the right freelancer.
