Turn jewellery photos into graphics for logo/website

I have a number of photos of pieces of jewellery (dragons)

I want the designs to be converted into graphics, black and white vector images with nice clean lines so they can be used as a logo / on my website, possibly even used as a rubber stamp.

So where the silver is, will be black lines instead.

Attached is a super-ugly badly done example just to give you an idea of what I'm looking for.

Also attached are the dragons - there are 3. I can send a better file for the rough example, PPH just only allows me to upload 3 when I post a project.

Possibly, I might do some more in the near future.
