To design a banner and logo for my youtube channel

I need someone to design a banner logo for the top of my youtube channel and a logo for the left-side photo as well.

I need to say Probettingtips. I need a logo saying this and then one with the letter R beside it as this will be a trademarked name.

The same photo to the left-hand side of my channel could have this in the logo PBT. With a design around this.
