Small brochure around 10-12 pages

I need a designer to help me create a brochure for an end user manual/ service book. We install electric gates and I am trying to provide the end user with a manual/ service book to give our customers when completing an installation. I have already created a document including most information which I would like to include and have also got some images which I wanted to add. I just need a designer to put everything together and user friendly and professional booklet.

Once this is completed I do also need a designer in the future to design us a brochure showing all different options and designers that we offer.
