Simple but Quality Brochure

We have purchased a 23 bed nursing home which we plan to extend to 34 beds. Initially we need a simple but quality finished brochure to send out in response to initial enquiries. We will require professional photograhy, copywriting and production of the finished design on stiff glossy card.

Possibly a website too. Once the extension is built we will need the brochure updating to reflect the changes.

We need the brochure quickly and want a pro-active person to agree a price with us and then get on with the job without delay. There are plenty of other brochures to base our own design on, we're not looking for anything "unique", just a simple brochure with plenty of photo's, minimal text, produced on quality paper/card to impress!
