Resize / Redesign my Indesign 32 page brochure from landscape A4 to 210 x 210 square

We have a nice modern brochure that needs redesigning currently it's a high res A4 landscape, to a high res square shape 210 x 210 for printing it square. It is a mix of text, some informatics, and some screenshots of website designs etc. I have the source file in Adobe Indesign with all fonts and images attached and it's currently in high res as its for printing. I need to still keep the cool design and all content, so will need someone creative to do this as I don't want anything squished up and need to still retain high quality spacing, typography and imagery in a modern way. I realise that not everything can be used exactly as is because the shape and spacing will change, so I'm happy to take suggestions to improve or change some things a little (or even increase a few pages of the brochure if we need to fit all content in). The final version needs to be supplied back to me in high res Indesign (so I can use a professional printer) and also so I can change the text or swap images in the future.

I'm looking to start straight away, but will need to know an approximate cost so perhaps you can send me a rough estimate now with your minimum and maximum estimates and an approximate timescale to complete. If you need this to qoaute, I can email or upload you the current low res brochure PDF file to see it, so I will respond and send you if your own portfolio, minimum/maximum estimated costs, and timing estimates seem OK at this stage.
