Experience Level: Intermediate
I would like a 83 page document of rules of procedure to be reformatted in a more user-friendly manner so all the fonts are the same, the spacing matches, it looks professional and has a decent index.

It must be easy to update. No writing required just a formatting issue and redesign.

Due to confidentiality, I can't attach the document to the advert. The document will come as a PDF and may need to be converted into a word document.
