Extra notes: We need a very experienced graphic designer ASAP to rebuild this flyer in professional programs.

The designs attached are what I made myself in power point as you can see the finish is horrible and it does not look professional at all. Both sides need to be re made from scratch. However the marketing content and messages are the same. We need someone who is comparable to make decisions on how best to build the layout of the new design.

FRONT - We don't want the layout to change much however the background image could be changed to a nicer looking property but as long as the smiling people are cut out and kept. So basically this sides finish and design needs drastically improving not so much the layout

BACK - Most of this needs to be scrapped the title still needs to remain at the top the table looks horrible so it needs to be completely rebuilt and designed and presented much more professionally. Also a back ground needs to be added which goes with the front.

Any extra graphics are welcome as long as it makes us look established and professional.
