Property brochure design

Information for the business: To pre sell a development property
Design details: Hi
I need a new look brochure created for us to market a very expensive house before we construct it. We have an agent that we us for selling property but felt there brochure design was not up to the mark. We will supply a copy of this. Lots of visuals supplied with some amazing site shots and a fair bit of writing, floor plans.
Need my agents logo and corporate colours and also my own companies logo, which will be supplied, I will want help with the wording etc. Plan on lots of revisions as this must be 100%. Also need by Monday morning.

I am fair to work with and will not beat around the bush.
Target audience: High Worth Individuals
Content on the front/back side and body: Visuals, logos, floor plans, pictures etc
Ideas for the visual style: very sharp and crisp
Things to avoid: templates and load colours
Extra notes: Must be custom design not template. Must be sharp and crisp. The pdf is what we do not like. Must be improved. New and better visuals will be provide and some great Ariel shots of the site.
