PowerPoint Template slide deck, Word Templates

I would like a PowerPoint template slides created and a variety of Word templates.

- For the Powerpoint I require a range of slides - title, text, image etc. that I can use to create presentations.
- For the Word I need a Letter, 2 or three Note options and a Report (I will send you a sample).

I have a logo but haven't gone much further with branding at this stage so need someone with a design eye. Most importantly you need to know how PowerPoint and Word works. I want these provided as ready to use templates, not Illustrator or similar documents.
