Power point presentation

I am working in an international organization and need in the short term to finish a short ppt (7 slides) with a good presentation . I am applying for a managerial position.
I need something well-designed but focusing on a conservative audience. I already have a draft with key specific and some images: I need a quality lay-out. of someone with experience for my targeted audience
