Poster for Pantomime

I am looking for a designer to layout a Pantomime poster in Photoshop, see attached sample for reference. I have all the images of the cast members separately and all the elements, I will tell you exactly where everything is going. The only element to create is the background similar to the attached sample, I will guide with the choice of colours.
This project will need to be finalised by the end of the week.
