Newsletter design guru - mailchimp - gifs - html/css required

I need an experienced graphic designer/digital marketing guru who specifically does newsletters in mailchimp and can do all the latest gif animations using HTML & CSS. It needs to be fully editable so I can change it as a template moving forward. I have the design ideas, I just need it laid out and constructed in my mailchimp. Must be good with details and happy to work until all the details are right. Experience and positive attitude is a must! If it works well, I'll have more work. Thanks
