Modern Realtor Signage and Cards

I'm looking for a designer to create modern wall signage for my real estate business, along with matching business cards. The design should be bold and vibrant.

Wall Signage Requirements:
- Style: Modern
- Include: Company name and logo, Contact details
- Color Scheme: Bold and vibrant

Business Card Requirements:
- Modern design
- Matching with wall signage
- Bold and vibrant color scheme

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design expertise
- Experience with signage and business card design
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern and vibrant designs

Considerations - can use logo colours but open to other colours or use of one or more of logo colours. I do prefer a dark aesthetic. I also like gold with white. Or, navy and pink. I’d like them to look feminine but professional. I’d like the shirt in my picture to be black not turquoise.
