I dont understand how you received a lot of proposals, without a brief.. You are in need of a mobile app, but you don't explain what the app should do, what functionalities you need, do you need / have already a backend / API / database structure.. I don't get those freelancers who engaged to build you an app for $200 without those details. Nothing personal, but please clarify what you need.
