Menu design for upmarket asian fusion restaurant

Overview

+ A3 folded in half to create x4 A4 pages.
+ Portrait Aspect ratio.
+ No photos / graphics.
+ Front page will be just the logo.
+ Some stylistic effects could be used in the background sections on the menu to give some character to the design.
+ We want the menu to be smart, fun and appealing to 25-50 year old demographics.
+ We have a logo and brand guidelines.
+ There are approx 36 foods on the menu, then around 8 drink options, each with a short description.

Details:

1) We would like 3 or 4 concepts, of just one internal page of the menu, with some lorem ipsum placeholder text, to get a feel for the layout / design of the menu, once the design / feel is approved, you could go ahead and create the whole menu.
2) After we have seen the full menu its likely there will be a few requests to move sections around and adjust things.
3) We would like icons instead of the allergens listed in text next to each product, then a legend on the back page. showing allergens plus the explanation for (Vg) Vegan
4) We like the menu by Nandos, we don't want to copy it, but we would like something in that style with coloured blocks around each group of foods on the menu. https://omearalondon.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Nandos_Menu-UK.pdf
5) As shown in the link above, the nandos menu has sections with different coloured backgrounds, we want something similar to this but we don't want to copy it entirely.
