Make how-to guide

I have already created a how-to guide to work clients through the process of setting up their authenticator for 2fa email security. I have screenshots and everything needed. I also have the wording laid out.

My issue is it's a LONG word document and I need someone with graphics skills to make it look prettier and on a 2 or 3 page printout. (not much back graphics as they will most likely be printing.)

Can you take my information, compress it and make it look more presentable?

I also need this completed by Thursday.
