Looking for graphic design help with overflow work

I require assistance with graphic design work on an ongoing basis to help manage overflow creative projects. The work involves creating web banners, print materials, and making minor revisions to existing designs. While I typically provide direction on the overall design, you may occasionally be asked to contribute creative concepts.

Projects can range from simple banner ads and minor edits to more substantive print pieces requiring original artwork. Volume will fluctuate from week to week, with tasks potentially totaling between 2 to 20 hours depending on my current workload. However, turnaround times are often 1-2 days to accommodate client deadlines.

This is a good opportunity for a motivated freelancer seeking supplementary design and illustration projects without fixed hours. A portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic elements, layout, digital/print production is essential. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred for modifying files and creating web-ready assets. Experience across various media will be an asset. Reliable communication and efficient work processes are important as multiple projects may be ongoing simultaneously.

Most tasks involve implementing designs but independent concepting may be solicited on a limited basis. Overall guidance will be provided but you must work independently to complete pieces on schedule.
