Logo needs resizing to optimise for print

I have a company logo that needs resizing so that I can print it on tarp, the print company has come back and said it needs to be set out in a specific way.

I am printing in landscape, 1000mm by 3000mm (1metre height by 3 metres width)

I need someone to optimise the logo to make use of the space and size it so the print company accepts it. Logo attached (happy for that to be edited to help with printing)
