Logo for a Property Brochure

I am looking for a designer to create the logo and styling (colours and fonts) for a property brochure. I am able to place the brochure but I haven't got time to create the logo etc.

Please see attached some brochures we have previously created for reference of the style of brochure we create however happy for something a bit alternative.

Once we have selected a designer I will share the photos of the actual property for reference.
