Logo and Pouch Design

We are looking for someone to re-create our logo and design our pouches.

We already have a logo but need it to be recreated similar to what we already have. We do not have the files for it just an image. It is a fairly simple logo.

For the pouch we would like the designer to create a few designs for us to choose from. The chosen design will need to be provided in 3 different pouch sizes that we will provide.
