Lay out of an A4 portrait memories book for a family birthday

I am looking for a graphic designer to lay out the text and some images A5, for print in a 9 x 6 hard back book. Images are in jpeg form. Text is complete and in chapters. Page number is 24. I have an example of what I'm looking for. Not a complicated task, but just needs some design to make the layout fit well and look great for the print. Layout job is to be completed by end of this week. final doc required in high resolution PDF.
