Investment Brochure (A4 - online pdf) Must look professional

I need a creative designer to create us a fab looking 10 page (including front and back cover) brochure for a new investment product. Similar example attached. Must be classy and professional looking. You can use free stock images as we don't have any, but I do have the text/content ready to go. Also looking to get a one page web landing page created - similar to this: http://usaadvantage.net/
