Instructional e-learning designer

We are looking for a Instructional e- learning designer to develop engaging digital learning experience for our students.
our courses /modules are generally around 10000 words and are broken to 1-3 minutes videos, that are than uploaded onto thinkific (our e-learning platform)
some of our modules have recording of the live session, that will need to be trimmed and slotted into courses.


We are looking for someone with
·Experience working with an instructional designer on the development of online learning
·Understanding how to create a compelling user experience
-Ability to take a script and voiceover and turn it into smoothly run engaging course
