In need of digital design on a picture and then the design file

I am writing to see if you are interested in the design i am looking for. We have a camper that we have painted a dark grey color and i would like to share my vision. We have Pizza food truck that i will send pictures of so you can get an idea of what the logo is going on. We have painted it the base color we want and the only other paint color we are going to add is a red color around the bottom in a straight line about 25 % of the camper. So we are going to call our business Louie's Mobile Kitchen. We are going to feature Pizza Calzones Salads and Desserts. I would like those words on the side of the camper as well. Louie is actually our german shepard and we love him dearly. So if you have seen the movie all dogs go to heaven we have an idea out of that movie that we would like to incorporate into our logo. i will provide this clip so you can see what i mean. So to recap we would like a cartoonish logo with our dog and the name Louie's Mobile Kitchen. Then a Separate logo or words on the right side of the camper that Say Pizza Calzones Salads Desserts. Is this by chance something you would be interested in working on? are you able to use a picture of our actual camper and add the design to it so that we may see what it looks like? thanks in advance
We dont have to have any red on the trailer either. and would prefer an outline style logo so i can get it cut in one color and apply it
