Illustrator vector to be created for T-shirt design

I have started a brand called, “Snack Hard, Train Harder” which sells T-shirt’s and hoodies based on unicorns, ice cream and weight lifting

I am looking for someone to turn and idea I have into an illustrator file for me so that it can be printed onto a T-shirt.

I currently sell my designs through teespring and I’m looking for this to go on a T-shirt

My latest idea is based off the Conan’s wheel of pain used in the Arnold Strongman Classic. I want to turn it into a giant hand cranked ice cream dispenser with my unicorn character turning the crank

Project needs to be done on Adobe illustrator and I require it as a vector file

I’ve added a few pictures of my unicorn character on my current designs as well as examples of the conans wheel and my thoughts with it

I want the centre piece to be a giant ice cream cone with ice cream being dispensed from above. The image with the vectors on was an original idea
