I need typography & artwork setting up for our wedding invite

Design details: We need print ready artwork setting up for our wedding invite design. We already have an image drawn by my boyfriends dad for one side of the invite and then we just need the other side typesetting. We have a simple b/w typographic style in mind (see word doc) and have also chosen a couple of fonts that we think might work but we would like to see how they look in the final design before making a decision because they are very different in style.

We will require a print ready high res pdf of the final 2 sided A5 design.
