we have put in a planning application to change our windows in our property, we have sent them a picture of the window types with colour choice and pictures of how our house looks now.
they want us to somehow superimpose the said window choices onto our house pictures??

    Hi Kerry
    I am a bit mystified as to why you are seeking planning consent to change the windows on your dwelling as this is normally permitted development unless the building is Listed or subject to a Direction which removes this right. Can you please let me know if any of these issues are relevant?

    So although our property is not listed we are beside a listed building and in an conservation area therefor the planning department deem this that we require planning permission .
