I need new marketing material for two sister companies

I am looking to have some new marketing material made.
We have two companies that run side by side and we need marketing material made up for both of them.
One company is a Property maintenance company and the second one is a Boiler repair company.

We would like the following designing for each company they each have different branding.

3-4 A5 size cards designed each with different pieces of information on them e.g one would be a price list one would be a list of offerings etc.
A5 presentation wallet
Business cards

The business cards will have a paragraph on the back with a little synopsis of what the company provides.

I have estimated roughly between 5-7 hours for the project i am not a designer so i am happy to be corrected.
