I need images turning into illustrations

I have around 20 images (mainly video screenshots) that I need converting into black and white illustrations.

Please see attached a couple of examples.

It doesn't have to look exactly like this, but a fairly similar style and quality.

Please give me your price and show me any similar work you have. I'm not worried about fast delivery, more concerned about getting the right quality.

(Just FYI, the images I need converting will not work in an AI tool that converts from image to illustrations. I've already tried!)

I have put £55 as much budget but I have no idea how much this costs.
