I need an architectural draughtsman/woman to prepare a ground plan

I have a small plot of land on which I would like to build a row of four (4) small terraced houses. I have a design and plan for the houses. In order to apply for outline planning permission, I would like to have a ground plan prepared, showing the terraced houses and parking bays, superimposed onto a plan of the land.
This job ought to be undertaken by anyone with understanding of planning design and the necessary software to prepare such plans.
