I need a sales coupon designed

Information for the business: We sell alcohol
Industry: Business
Design details: We need a flyer that is 1/4 A4 size, two sided, full color. This is a general purpose coupon that we will hand out to potential consumers (friends, friends of friends, etc.). The plan is to produce them in-house (ink-jet printer and a paper cutter) and get feed back on the design and see how effective it is in the field, make adjustments to the design, then have it printed professionally in volume.

We'll be initially producing an English version and a Japanese version. There will be other versions created for different seasons and different sales channels (retailers, online shops, etc.)
Target audience: Men and women in their 20s and 30s
Number of pages needed: 2 (1 page two sides)
Content on the front/back side and body: Front: information about the coupon and how to use it, on the back, information about the brand

Things to avoid: Overly busy. The brand concept is "clean"
Preferred colors: Black, white, silver, dash of color
Extra notes: This is experimental, so we are open to ideas. It must look sharp (eye/catching), professional, tasteful, and young.

The design will be laid out 4 on a page (with the back side also laid out 4 on a side, and so that it lines up with the 4 on the front).

We have many photo previous promo pieces that target the US market that we will share with those respondents who seem to have the skills we need.
